Join Our Team
Are you someone who loves sport? Do you thrive in a team environment? Do you want to inspire change?
Would you like to spend two weeks or more in Europe/Africa supporting our TEAM? RTB encourages volunteers with basic coaching skills to undertake short projects in Europe/Africa. You will be supporting our local staff team in delivering the RTB methodology.

There is a training camp and selection process including attendance of a training weekend, typically held each Fall and Spring in either Los Angeles, California or the United Kingdom. All applicants must pass a background check and participate in a safeguarding course.
